Yes, I’d quite happily move in here - that’s exactly the kind of work space I’m after, so if anyone knows of anywhere in North London that’s not too expensive, let me know please, please, please! Or perhaps I need to move to Berlin - - not such a bad idea! Images via Freunde Von Freunden.

Have you looked at Highgate Studios? There's a bunch of work/office spaces to let there, advertised by the size you need. It's a few old optical and joinery factories, I think, so big windows, natural light possibly. They also just built a Pizza East, Chicken Shop, and Dirty Burger right there, so you're set for food. And, if I recall, there's a nursery? I'm not certain about details though.
